Over the past 20 years, Brent has dedicated himself to healthcare innovation. He founded Topple Diagnostics, a company offering innovative vestibular solutions, because of a personal experience with falls. Brent sought out to increase provider access to vestibular diagnostics.
Born and raised in Georgia, Brent remains devoted to advancing patient care in his hometown of Atlanta, ensuring that his community benefits from cutting-edge healthcare solutions. When not behind the desk working, you will find Brent coaching youth sports and spending time with his lovely wife and 2 kids.

Chief Clinical Officer
Dr. Robert Allen, co-founder and co-owner, is an audiologist based in Atlanta, Georgia, with a specialization in dizziness and balance disorders. He is passionate about improving the quality of life for patients experiencing these often debilitating conditions. Driven by his commitment to accessible healthcare, Dr. Allen has made it his mission to expand services for individuals suffering from dizziness and balance issues.
He acknowledges the substantial impact these conditions can have on patients while also recognizing the distinctive challenges that this expanding patient base can pose to specialty providers. With Topple’s varied solutions, he looks forward to offering unrivaled access for patients and providers alike through innovative healthcare solutions.

Director of Business Developement
David Jastrzebski is the director of business development. David's work experience spans orthopedics, IDN and GPO contracts, complimented most recently by a decade working directly with ENT and Private Audiology practices In hearing healthcare sales, marketing.
David helps develop new programs and solutions working with our customers and strategic partners to increase revenue and create opportunity inside the ENT Audiology and Neurology communities. David resides in North Carolina.

Director of Operations
A graduate from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Sociology, Paige Barron has been the Director of Operations for Topple Diagnostics for the past 5 years. In this role Paige not only oversees the daily operations of the organization, but she also works closely with each customer to ensure their patients’ receive excellent care. With over 20 years experience in management, Paige has strived to ensure that customer service and high quality patient care is the top priority.
Helping people has always been a cornerstone in Paige’s career and she brings that same passion to Topple Diagnostics. Born in Georgia and having successfully raised 3 kids, Paige likes to relax and spend her time as an avid movie goer and reader.

Controller
Chase Brown serves as the Controller for Topple Diagnostics bringing over 8 years of experience in accounting and finance. Chase oversees the full scope of the billing process, prepares accurate financial reports, and provides strategic financial planning to support Topple’s mission of delivering exceptional service to its customers.
With a strong focus on accuracy and financial precision, Chase ensures that Topple operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and reliability.

Kelleen Wegener, Au.D.
Vestibular Audiologist
Dr. Kelleen Wegener is a clinical audiologist specializing in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of vestibular disorders. She earned her undergraduate degree from Ohio University and completed her Doctor of Audiology degree at Auburn University.
Her fourth-year residency was completed at Topple Diagnostics and The Concussion Center, where she gained advanced expertise in vestibular care. Dr. Wegener is also a proud member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Kristen Grosso, Au.D.
Vestibular Audiologist
Dr. Grosso recently earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Wayne State University in Michigan, just a short commute from her hometown of Windsor, Ontario, Canada. She has extensive training and experience in treating patients across various audiologic settings. During her fourth-year internship in Charlotte, North Carolina—where she now resides—she honed her skills and developed a passion for providing exceptional care. An ambitious and dedicated audiologist, Dr. Grosso enjoys collaborating with her team to ensure patient-centered care. She is particularly focused on advancing the treatment of balance disorders and improving her patients' quality of life.In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, hiking, and staying active at the gym.
